    Thomas Fischermann is the U.S. Economic Correspondent for DIE ZEIT, covering economics, business, and finance. Before moving to New York in 2001, he was London correspondent for DIE ZEIT. His recent book is titled Next Economy – Der Zweite Anlauf zur Internet-Revolution (Next Economy – A Second Go at the Internet Revolution). Thomas Fischermann studied economics and political science in Cologne and Sussex.
