Robert Drury is a Managing Director with Chapman Farrell Group a retained search firm. Rob is the former SVP Executive Recruitment at Citizens Bank, where he was responsible for sourcing, selection, and hiring of senior leadership talent across all functions, including Legal, Risk, Finance and Technology, and for Retail and Consumer business lines. While at The Hartford, Rob was responsible for all corporate-wide leadership recruiting supporting the EVP General Counsel and the Chief Information Officer. He also recruited for The Hartford while based in Frankfurt, Germany building out a new business.
Rob graduated from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Laws degree. He speaks German.
