German Accelerator Life Sciences (GA Life Sciences, Inc.) works with companies in 5 segments: therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices, digital health, and platform technologies. We are looking for a Program Director to join the team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating exceptional support of portfolio companies and will be orchestrating highly customized activities and workstreams in close collaboration with the strategic lead for each company.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the evaluation of companies and support due diligence prior to acceptance of companies into the program
- Organize, prepare, and host deep-dive meetings with companies after the GA Life Sciences Selection Committee has pre-selected them, including identifying and recruiting experts to participate in these meetings
- Arrange and prepare regular update meetings and calls with portfolio companies and mentors, record minutes, and follow up on action items
- Collect metrics on the performance of portfolio companies and create monthly reports
- Work with companies to connect them with relevant contacts within the GA Life Sciences network and the wider innovation ecosystem
Your Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in life sciences project management, technology transfer and licensing, consulting, or hands-on entrepreneurial experience in a corporate development, business, or operational role in a life science startup.
- An understanding of the life sciences innovation process and landscape based on hands-on experience in either academia or industry, preferably in an international context.
- Used to managing multiple projects or workstreams within strict timelines and budgets
- Graduate degree in an appropriate/related field and experience in business preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion, a positive attitude, humility, and integrity
- Mission-driven, self-directed, and an excellent team player
