The Controller manages all aspects of accounting and finance activities. He or she develops and oversees the financial strategies and operations of the School in partnership with the Head of Administration and the Board of Trustees. The Controller is a key, hands-on partner working with the School’s leadership to ensure the financial health of the School and to allocate resources and plan for growth in a manner that implements the vision and mission of the School.

The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, have a strong financial background, be skilled in analytic and quantitative analyses and be committed to a customer-service approach to school operations. Because we are a small school, we are looking for an individual who is equally comfortable with big-picture strategic thinking as they are with tactical operations and hands-on implementation. He/she must be a team player and willing to jump in and help out as needed.
