OneVision software solutions firm in Andover, MA seeks bilingual (German /English) Inside Sales Representative

Our software like our multinational team is dynamic, intelligent, and flexible. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate B2B sales targets within the U.S. market.  You will support our sales team with qualitative sales leads at our office location just outside of Boston in Andover, Massachusetts.

OneVision will introduce you to our innovative portfolio of global software and services for our B2B clients and target customers. In addition, we are pleased to offer competitive compensation, medical insurance, and other employment benefits.

Our Expectations

  • Generate quality leads for our sales force, in collaboration with our Business Development team
  • Ability to understand our broad product and service portfolio in order to effectively research and target potential market groups and B2B customers
  • Determine key buying influencers and a needs analysis of target groups and customers for ongoing growth and development of our sales pipeline, in collaboration with our sales team
  • Create and apply methods for target customer engagement (e.g. case studies, roadshows)
  • Responsible for driving the completeness and accuracy of the contact list, including target customers, in collaboration with the sales team

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in inside sales, B2B marketing and/or market research
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field
  • Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
  • Enthusiasm and ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in German

Plus (but not required):

  • Experience in B2B lead generation
  • Lead/demand generation expertise
  • Experience with CRM Software
  • Experience in the Printing, Publishing, or Media Industries.
