Delivery is Key! Performance Workshop for Entrepreneurs

What can an opera singer teach an entrepreneur? How to deliver a killer pitch! For entrepreneurs, being able to deliver your business pitch on demand is the difference between life and death for your ideas. Pressure to perform. Nerves. These often prevent entrepreneurs from delivering their message in a way that emotionally connects with their investors. Our presenter, opera singer Katja Schoenherr, has reached more than 10 million people in live audiences, performed globally and recorded with major labels. She is an educator of next generation performers.

Fire it up! GABC YPs’ Feuerzangenbowle

GABC young professionals and friends met in the last cold days of winter to enjoy an evening of delicious hot Feuerzangenbowle together. We bid the cold goodbye as we lit up the sugar cones and prepared this traditional German winter time drink. The plan was to then watch the classic corresponding movie “Feuerzangenbowle” but well, the many conversations between guests took priority and by 10PM we still hadn't finished the movie!

GABC goes to the Ballet!

Boston Ballet performance of Artifact, an avant-garde spectacle choreographed by William Forsythe, known to our members as the former director of the Frankfurt Ballet. This incredible evening includes a private VIP reception and pre-performance discussion with one of the dancers, orchestra seats for the performance, and a private back-stage tour limited to the first 50 guests to purchase tickets.
