Bernd Wagner is a German citizen and permanent resident of the United States, who grew up near Stuttgart, studied Mechanical Engineering in Karlsruhe, and worked on the development of Mercedes-Benz cars for a few years in Sindelfingen before attending the MIT Sloan School of Management. After receiving his MBA, he joined Bose Corporation and held various positions primarily in its automotive audio business. Currently, Bernd serves as the Director of Global Product Management at Hollingsworth & Vose Company (H&V) for its Energy & Industrial Solutions Division. H&V is a world leading supplier for filter media and battery separator material. Family-owned since 6 generations, it is headquartered in East Waltham with operations in North America, Asia, and Western Europe.
